Q: What country/countries will you be shipping to?

A: The U.S. (50 States)  and Puerto Rico. Not currently including other U.S. territories and commonwealths. I hope to be able to expand shipping availability in the future.

Q: What languages are the manga being sold available in?

A: Currently, all  manga volumes being sold are the English translations. When stock is available, art books may be in English or Japanese. (It is very common for art books to be available in Japanese only.)

Q: How to order pre-order titles?

A: pre-orders must be ordered separately from in stock items. Please do not purchase pre-order titles in the same order as in stock items.

Pre-order items are paid for when they are originally purchased and ship out once they become available. 

Q: How to cancel a pre-order?

A: if you wish to cancel a pre-order before it ships, please contact me right away at ShojoMagnifique at gmail.com with your order number and I will promptly offer a refund.

Q: Do you sell new and used manga?

A: Yes. I now sell both used and new manga. 

Q: Where do you get your new manga? 

A: I purchase my new manga directly from the publishers / distributors. That is why I am able to offer new manga at an affordable discounted price. My new manga prices are often comparable to other online retailers. 

Q: How do you grade the condition of the used manga?

A:  Current condition grading breakdown:

Very Good/Like New: this condition note at the beginning of the manga/item description indicates that the manga is in either fresh off the shelf condition with no noticeable shelf wear or shelf wear is minimal, with minimal to no page yellowing.

Good/Fair: This condition note at the beginning of the manga/item description indicates that the manga has noticeable shelf wear such as  small tears on the front or back covers and  noticeable page yellowing. 

Q: What is your typical pricing model for the used manga being sold?

A: Single volumes in Very Good/Like New condition will be priced at $7 to $8.

Single volumes in Good/Fair condition will be listed at $5

Omnibus volumes in Very Good/Like New condition will be listed at $10

Omnibus volumes in Good/Fair condition will be listed at $8.

Box sets/Full series and special editions will be priced accordingly. Based on condition/availability of the series.  Don't worry,. I don't intend to sell Hana Yori Dango or Sugar Sugar Rune for $1,000.00 USD or something.

Q: How do you purchase used manga?/Can I sell you my used manga?

A: I buy used shoujo and josei manga lots, as well as buying from fellow manga collectors/shoujo and josei fans.
